This is the very first time I’ve ever used juice as a base for my smoothies and let me tell you, it absolutely rocks. I was completing my morning sweat session when I got the inspiration to use up the grapefruits I had sitting in the fridge. I also had some frozen mixed berries in the freezer which blended perfectly.
I recommend this right after a sweaty workout! The coconut water replenishes your electrolytes while giving you an added refresher in this Singapore heat.

1 cup coconut water
Juice from 1 pink grapefruit
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop of protein powder (I use SheSupps Lean Protein)
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy 🙂
